Forgot Apple ID or Password
Reset Password or Locate Apple ID
If after completing the steps described in this document you are unable to log in to the Portal using your Apple ID, please ensure that your company’s designated Account Administrator previously added you as a Contact in the MFi Portal. Then ensure that you are entering the correct Apple ID and password. If necessary, click the “Forgot Apple ID or password?” link on the Portal login page to locate your Apple ID or reset your password.
